Garden Program through Enrich LA

In the past seven years, EnrichLA has built over 125 gardens at schools across LA. Each garden has transformed its community through increased student involvement and improved aesthetics, improving morale and promoting healthy living. We are very proud to partner with their Garden Ranger Program. All of the students at Riverside Drive Charter School get to experience the garden program. This program is supported entirely by the PTA. 

Theater Arts program

Our PTA sponsors our amazing Theater Arts Program! Research has shown that the arts help students cultivate positive social/emotional skills, help children develop the habits of mind needed to deepen their learning, and do better in school. We are very happy to fully support this wonderful program. 

Planet bravo

We are proud to offer all of our students the Planet Bravo computer & technology curriculum program. Planet Bravo provides formal grade-level technology curriculum while integrating core standards. Technology teachers work onsite with our students on a weekly computer class schedule, covering a wide range of important, relevant computing topics. Lessons include everything from iPad and Chrombook basics to coding and web design. Students at Riverside have a 1:1 technology device ratio, and PlanetBravo provides the teacher, software, the curriculum, miscellaneous equipment, and more!
