Banner Sponsorship

Throughout the school year there are opportunities for individuals, businesses, community-based organizations, higher education institutions or trade groups to sponsor events, projects, or programs at our school. Please read through our list of sponsorship opportunities and guidelines.

All physical banners must meet these guidelines

  • Size: 3' x 3'
  • Font: To be provided by the school site upon entering into a contract
  • Colors: To be provided by the school site upon entering into a contract
  • Must be made of outdoor materials
  • Must include 4 corner outdoor grommets
  • Banners will be displayed from August 2023 - June 2024
  • Banners will be displayed on the fencing along Ethel Street and/or Huston Street only
  • Banners can include your business website

Banner Approval Process 

All banners must be pre-approved by the site administrator prior to production. The verbiage on the banner must meet LAUSD requirements and a sponsorship agreement must be executed. Any revisions made after the contract is executed will make the contract null and void and the banner will not be placed on the Riverside Drive Charter School property. Additionally, any costs associated with creating a new banner to meet the agreed-upon design will be the responsibility of the person and/or organization requesting to post a banner, not LAUSD and/or Riverside Drive Charter School.

Requested sponsorship donation to be recognized with a banner:

1 banner: $250.00 plus cost of banner

2 banners: $500.00 plus costs of banners

 

(If two banners are purchased, one banner will be placed on the Huston Street fence and the second banner will be placed on the Ethel Street fence)

 


pta website & e-blast sponsorships

$250 Website Sponsorship Includes:
  • display of your company logo on our homepage +  link to either your website or social media site 
  • Social media shout out announcing your sponsorship on our community Facebook & Instagram pages. 
  • Sponsorship length: From time of purchase until  school year-end on June 30, 2024.
$500 Website & E-Blast Sponsorship

Website Sponsorship benefits, plus:

  • inclusion of your company logo and a link to your website in our weekly e-blasts (distribution approx 1,000)
  • Sponsorship length: From time of purchase until  school year-end on June 30, 2024.
$250 - $500 PTA Event Sponsorship 

Includes:

 

$250: business logo + link to your website/address on PTA website and on all digital promotional materials for the event.

 

$500: $250 benefits, plus

  • info on flyers that will be sent home
  • dedicated social media post on both of our channels (Instagram and Facebook)
